so 8 automatics for 174...why did Grello/Bowman wrestle? whatever the case it bolsters Grello resume as a wildcard spot

They always go one more than the number of automatics. Grello is a lock, only 27 allocations for 174. So 6 at large bids, and he earned one, only 4(including Grello) earned an allocation that did not qualify.

5 minutes left in BB game.....Nebraska making it close......I HATE Basketball on before wrestling.....Hopefully B10 will hold off on Finals until game is over

Your wish and all wrestling fans across the B1G's wish isn't coming true. It's going to be a fouling fest for 30 mins. at the end of this crap. They just said they're pushing back the start of the finals to 4:15.

Anyway I said before the tournament started, 6 through would be a good tournament for this team and that still holds true. Now let's get two Champs here at the B1G's.

The feed is still on flo..hopefully they will keep it there as well as on B10 Network...but I doubt it

No realistic chance for any of the other 4 to get an at large.
Grello "Should" get an at large, but I never count on anything.

The finals are on BTN TV, the 3rd, 5th, and 7th place matches will be on Flowrestling and BTNplus

BTN TV just announced first match at 4:15pm

Big Ten network said 20 minutes from now to first match. it is 15:54, so they are not starting at 16:00 sharp. likely due to interviews, theatrics, etc...

He's in. If not a crime of epic proportions has just been perpetrated and all that's left is to investigate where the money trail leads. @ScarletGrapfan was kind enough to do the research for us in the below post.

I've seen Shane Metzlar wrestle since his sophomore year at West Morris HS, he always faced very competition with guys like Pat Glory, Nick Raimo and others, but man, that tough little SOB never quit. PS- I thought he was a senior but just saw he's a soph, so he'll be around competing in the future.

PS- they just announced he will wrestle Schnupp one more time later, just for the fun of it !
