It's Kansas, known as the Breadbasket state, and known for its bbq. So we're doing brisket sandwiches with homemade Mac & cheese and Cole slaw. And fireball. Lots of fireball.

Ashamed to say it's sandwiches. I'm working till midnight Friday, my son till 2am. Neither of us will be in the mood to do anything more.

Maybe I'm getting old, but I find it tragic that people no longer automatically get Bugs Bunny (Yosemite Sam) references.

theme is "homecom-fort-ing". So bringing the deep fryer and making the ultimate comfort food..chicken & waffles...w/ maple syrup and country gravy!!

We're doing

Egg Bake (Type of Casserole not sure what's in it but real good)
Hash Browns (Homemade no package stuff at our tailgate allowed)
Pancakes(from scratch)
Bacon(lots of it)
Sausage
Coffee, Tea

My group has become fond of breakfast tailgates, we have had lots of practice the last few years.

Ok here's the menu, breakfast burgers, loaded tater tots, French toast casserole, honey garlic wings, bacon porkroll sausage egg and cheese sandwiches, O'Brien potatoes, pork potstickers, mixed breakfast scramble, sausage egg and cheese casserole.

Thought they were known for their ribs, "KC style" specifically. Maybe that's Missouri
