Home vs. Florida, Bama, LSU and Arkansas; Road at Ole Miss, Miss St, Auburn, Mizzou........ Could this favorable schedule have been part of the negotiations when the SEC began pursuing them? I guess to help them make the transition into the SEC.

Playing all your tough games at home and your easy games away is great when you're a contender, and a recipe for disaster if you're less than good.

Imagine if you had to switch Florida with South Carolina, play Arkansas away and Ole Miss home (really doesn't matter, switch us with Kentucky and then play Georgia instead of Missouri.**

initially we heard we'd go to College Station and drop the SC game. But if they are coming here that means we lose either TN or KY. Latest reports were that the TN game was still on.

Surely we aren't losing KY.

I don't think we would loseKentucky, but we might play them up there again. That has happened before when they shift schedules. Kentucky is a road game we can win.

It happened in 92 when we changed formats for scheduling. We had to visit again after gong down there in 91. I don't remember who had to come to us twice.

The 91 game was much more fun. 92 was my first experience of a hefty, badly dressed drunken female LSU fan hurling all over the parking lot.
