It's finally here football is back in Tarboro NC. This Friday will mark 447 days since the Tarboro Vikings last played a football game, which was a heartbreaking loss to the East Surry Cardinals in the state championship game. The vikings will open up their season with their only non conference game of the season against longtime rival Southwest Edgecombe. The cougars lost 7-0 to Northern Nash but this is one of the best high school football rivalries in the state so Southwest will be ready. Thoughts on this one?
