he's doing something rightwhatever said:Probably because the offense scored 3 points through the first 59 minutes of the game and they wouldn't have been close if not for the defense.

Agreed that the Broncos defense got a pick 6. The Jets didn't get one because Tebow didn't turn it over. As a matter of fact, in 5 starts Tebow has 6 touchdown passes, only 1 interception, and no fumbles lost. He has taken care of the football. If you don't turn it over, you can play a ball control offense, and can help your defense by not allowing the opponent a short field. Who cares about points scored. This ain't fantasy football or betting in Vegas. Winning is all that matters.whatever said:The team scored less than 20 in 4 of his 5 starts. Their scoring offense in just his starts would be 24th in the league. The defense is doing something right, it's nice to have a chance to win when your defense only gives up 13, gets a pick 6 and the offense only has to score 10 points
If you are winning with him and losing without him then you can't hadicap your team by NOT playing him. I don't care what his other stats are, that W vs Lone is the only one that matters.FlabLoser said:You just can't handicap your total offense for a "winner".
