I'll sleep fine tonight, but I really just don't understand that. Maybe I really am just naive.

Sours the day a bit, but at least it wasnt a position of need.

Should not have been so naive. Theyll always spin a few extra victory donuts on signing day. Ill choose to focus on nabbing Corey Thomas. Hail State.

this is a big point. I would have been more upset if it were Jordan Harris. That said, you hate to see OM get to do an endzone dance for someone they were cursing just yesterday.

Three days from spamming Hail State to signing with UM. You better ******* believe he got paid either in cash or poontang.

So which was it?

Was it really a last minute flip? Was he really ours as of a few days ago? Or was this just another Kailo Moore stunt where Freeze gets their guy to commit to us only to "flip" and "win the press conference"?

Seems a high risk to pay upfront. With his grades situation it could be like playing a slot machine. OM probably sure to get em qualified though

We ended up having extra spots b/c we missed on two others.

Someone on yancy's chat last night said that we could have had Sheppard before Christmas if we wanted, but couldn't take the chance with his grades. We ended up taking Law and Sheppard. Both of those guys are serious grade risks so either of them not making it in the fall would not be remotely surprising. Once we were not up against the 25 number, there was no reason not to go after both.

On an Ole Miss private board I have access to - they said this morning - he was signed just to get back at State. The person that posted said they don't think he will qualify.

Here's the thing, they guy has committed and uncommitted so many times I don't think he knows where he wants to be. Obviously the guy has character issues so it may of worked out for the best.

When was this? I don't recall him committing anywhere but MSU throughout this process.

I hate this mindset. Call a spade a spade. He was elite and we missed.

Get back at State for what? Winning Egg Bowls? That's embarrassing. But I did enjoy it the first time I saw this episode on Seinfeld. They signed him out of spite!

Do you actually believe the **** you write? Or just write it to help you avoid the truth?

You're right, he's not expected to qualify. He has been ready to commit for months to us and we never took him because we knew he wouldn't qualify. I'm not surprised he flipped. I was more surprised he committed to you in the first place.

I'd rather him go back for the fall and sign next December than try and do 30 hours over the spring and 2 summer sessions. Oh well, we have room.

Whoever said this is a moron. No Ole Miss private board is any different than The MSU Site Who Shall Not Be Named. We signed Tee the same reason you guys wanted him. If he qualifies, he's an instant starter. If not, he's just a semester away.

You hate the mindset of good character? If the guy is wish washy and not committed to being here we don't want him. The guy has commitment issues, so who's to say he's not committed to putting in the work to get to the next level? If rather have guys with character that honors their word any day

Even as clueless as the NCAA is at times or appear to be, even they should be able to figure out who calls the shots and runs the OM Football Program...... And it ain't the President, AD or coach.
