If you go back and watch game film Tempo and Physicality worked for Rich at WVU. The best examples were Georgia in the Sugar Bowl and Oklahoma in the Fiesta Bowl. Pat White, Slaton and Devine all stood out but a lot of their success was because everyone on the team come out swinging for 4 quarters. UGA and OU had very good teams but just got whipped by a more physical WVU team that had an extra gear. Will the players buy into Rich’s hard edge style this time around we will see. Per Rich if not he will hit the portal for players that do want to work for an edge. The portal door swings both ways. Embrace it! Could be not about the number of stars by a players name and more about players that have the desire to be a star. 🧐
For anyone watching practices, does their seem to be Tempo and Rich buy in from the coaches and players?

he's an egotistical ******* who fell flat on his face in the power conferences
So WVU is not in a power conference?

I guess you were excited over 5-7 and 6-6 records?

Do you not believe in forgiveness?

He wasn't my choice for head coach but now that he is he has my support.

If you had listened to his acceptance speech you would have heard his apology. Personally if he doesn't win 7 his first year it's a failure.
