1 - 1000 chance. He:s basically leaving because Arch Manning is "behind" him. No way Rutgers has the NIL 5 or 6 P5 schools will offer. Includng Ohio St

I went to their spring game. He’s not a good QB. Ridiculous looking athlete though

🤣🤣🤣🤣 He couldn't find Rutgers on a map!!

“It was funny, there were schools you really wouldn’t think about who had a pretty good shot with him. Rutgers is kind of out of nowhere. ‘Rutgers, why would you be interested in Rutgers?’ But they did such a good job with the communication with him that he felt comfortable with those guys.”

Murphy never released a list of top schools or finalists, but there were five programs that surged ahead of the others: Texas, Rutgers, UCLA (the only West Coast school in the mix toward the end), Penn State and NC State.

The whole Rutgers staff, we stayed in touch with however long they were recruiting me. "

Obviously you don't understand he never released anything of who was recruiting him. I'll repeat, he couldn't find Rutgers on a map.

Oh boy. Another who should be switched to WR huh? Just like Lamar Jackson.
Jesus Christ people on this board are stupid and just look to be outraged. Ever think he might just actually not be that good?
You ever actually see him play. We are talking about Texas here.

He’ll fit right in! (jk)
Oh he’s way better than what we have but that’s almost everyone. He’s not Texas or blue blood good. He was better than Archie in the spring game by a good amount though. I personally don’t see him as DJ however you spell his name type, like he just needs different opportunity. I think he could go to a Rice or Fresno state and dominate

They wouldn't be in the playoffs without him. he had to start 2 games in the middle of the season and they didn't skip a beat.
Didn’t skip a beat? They needed OT to beat KSU where he had 2 picks. Then beat a horrible BYU team.

I didn't see him much this year but he did seem mistake prone. Just a little bit of that KSU game. DJU or Milroe were the two that entered my mind of maybe what his potential could be if he finds the right system with the right coach to develop him. Both are still rough around the edges imo and can make mistakes but have also shined at times and helped their teams. If that happens for MM or not, who knows.

I just read that he’s not traveling with the team for playoffs so he can take visits etc. that sucks for the kid.

If that's true @mdk01 , your odds just got chopped. I'd be surprised if he landed here though.
