saved us from that coach at LSU. Allowing football players on the baseball team is ridiculous. He is even allowing him to play. Start even! Who has ever heard of such? We didn't know how lucky we were.

The Rice coach is doing the same thing! Simply poor coaching. He will never take his teams anywhere.

That could be the one edge we'd have when recruiting in the SEC....some 5-* who wouldn't otherwise give us the time of day, might just consider playing football for us if he knew he had a chance at playing baseball as well. THIS was one of the biggest reasons Ronester Polkroom should've never been re-hired, because the last two-sport player he had on his team was Glen Young (well, two-sport player with any talent in football). Not only that, but John Cohen could use some of those scholarship spots to better recruit.
