Thank Polk for not recruiting enough arms and McNickle for tearing them up.

As odd as it may sound, I thought we got some quality work at times from Busby and Swindle, aside from the three run home run of course. I think both got tired at the end, based on what I am gleaning from live stats.

As a staff though, we had too many walks, and we made too many errors on defense. I know that contradicts what I just said a little, but I thought our pitchers had some key strikeouts at times.

I thought Rawdow's strikeout was big and Ryan Powers lining out was a big play that didn't go in our favor.

I am happy that we had a four run deficit, and then came back, and gave ourselves a chance to win. We just have to play a little bit better as a team and eliminate those mistakes, and we'll win our share.

Lee Swindle should never pitch at State again. I hve seen him pitch several times and that includes intersquad. I have never seen him pitch without giving up at least 3 runs. With that said, It is not his fault we lost, there is no reason hes should be pitching in the 9th inn. of any game EVER as evident by him taking the LOSS.

why do we have to pick out someone like a very fine young man in Lee S and make such statements? What does it accomplish? Answer: not a thing.</p>

was a weakness...Our team is in a transition season and this kind of **** is going to keep happening until we get some more arms in for next year.

We are battling and getting after people. No more "thats baseball" ********...

1. Hawaii has a deep and good pitching staff. Just look at the scores of all of their games this season.

2. It shouldn't be a surprise that our hitting has struggled. We simply do not have SEC talent at more than a couple of positions. The pitching staff has been a big surprise though.

Damn, already lost two games this year. Do you think the likes of Ole Miss and LSU are losing non-conference games this early in the season. Clearly not doing things the right way.

Once, they were just 18-21 year old kids themselves. Don't you realize your negative posts affects new message board poster recruiting? Negative posts like yours are bringing the team down.
