meaning. RS has been involved in all of MSU's basketball success in the 90's to the present. (17) RW and his ability to teach discipline, defense, and "run the offense that I draw up", or sit the bench mentality. No RS wants to be buddies with the players, so when they don't get their share of playing time that was promise to them during recruiting, they leave the program, and we take the hit in the W/L and the APR. Its amazing that when Stans takes the "my way or sit the bench" mentality he gets roundly accused of holding the team back and not developing players, but Richard Williams is praised for it. If you Stans bashers could just be even handed and acknowledge that Stansbury has done a whole lot of good for our program and that he is largely the reason that we have the expectations for our program that we do, then people wouldn't give yall so much crap. Most Stans supporters will admit that he's not the greatest coach in the conference, but the bashers on here act like it pains them to see him succeed.
