The blog doesn't specifically say and I was thinking that it's possible to go to summer school without actually being eligible. Didn't we have a wide receive a year or two ago that was enrolled in school but couldn't participate in two-a-days because he hadn't been declared eligible by the clearing house?
technically he is not a douchenozzle just yet...although in theory you have a strong argument. I do think his claim was based on classwork hence you have not seen him post here in a long, long time.
I'm not calling him out because it wouldn't accomplish anything. He had his opinion and it turned out to be wrong, fortunately.
