I hate to say it, but so far it looks like the ACC has outclassed all other conferences by quite a bit. The Big 12 were just pretenders as the best conference.
I think that everyone here would admit that the ACC's top 5-6 each year are always the best. Even the bluest of tinted glasses would have to agree. Obviously the top 1-2 in any given conference can rival other conferences, but it's a quality conference. Especialy with the addition of UL and Notre Dame.
