I could see where the absence of a disclaimer Or other indicia of parody could create liability [i have no idea what he posts/writes about], but a simple disclaimer saying "not associated with nor authored by Sylvester Croom" would be clear enough to solve the problem. I think it's a fight this guy would definitely win, but the question is whether it's worth fighting over. I would say add a disclaimer and fight.
