I think a better way to look at it is, Denver almost won a game they were outplayed in, due to poor special teams coverage by Ravens. Without the 2 returns for TD, it would have been worse. And 26 didn't throw the pick six.

Peyton had his goofs, but he did a lot more good during the game than 26. The game was in hand until the gaff at the end of regulation. But it doesn't really matter. Even if they had won, the game showed the broncos didn't have the D(secondary) to go all the way.
