I'm actually surprised he's lasted this long. Likable guy with a nutty platform.
His platform is not as nutty as Cruz or any of the other right wingers. It is just very liberal. And it isn't communist and idiots that misrepresent are only showing how stupid they are and are proud to announce to the world they are complete fools.

Nutty? Wanting to dissolve the IRS? Nutty? Unwavering support of Israel? Nutty? Wanting to follow the desires of over 60% of the population and do away with unpopular healthcare program rammed down the throats of Americans. Nutty? Wanting to curb illegal immigration into this Country? Wow, maybe nutty ain't so bad.

Yes. Yes. Yes (Americans like what is actually in the ACA...preexisting condistions, insurance for your children under you plan til 26, etc they have simply been browbeaten by the Fox News crew into believing it's bad). No.

I'd take Bernie over Hillary, Cruz and Trump any day. At least with Bernie you know he means what he says... he's honest about how he stands on the issues.

And how was the ACA going to enroll all the young people to pay for the uninsured when the dems sweetened the pot, coverage till 26, to get votes to pass it? Why should children be considered coverable at 26? They're not children. Again, it was meant to fail. Single payer was the plan all along. Arrogant legislators. I could go for coverage of children as long as they're in a professional school not out working.

I don't prefer anyone yet. That is sad. But I believe your perspective on Bernie is accurate and honest unlike others.

It's what wingnuts do....smear with lies and keep repeating it until their fellow idiots swear it's gospel.

There was a guy someplace else saying how he was an "alpha" and all this talk of socialism is "beta loser talk". However, he was a marine and is now a truck driver ... his entire adult career is propped up through socialistic programs. The military when he was in the marines and now the highways he drives on to make a living.

That's the most intelligent thing you have said in a long time, lol. I like Bernie. I think I have stated that several times on here. Unfortunately, he is done. I will admit, there are some things that he was pushing for that he would never get through both houses of congress. Just like Cruz would never be able to abolish the IRS, Trump getting Mexico to pay for the wall. Some of the stupid things people say.....and stupid voters believe it.

I don't believe Trump is who he presents himself to be and that makes him objectionable. I believe Sanders is who he presents himself to be and I think that makes him objectionable. Actually, if Trump is who he presents himself to be that's also objectionable.

People seem to have the mindset that if he's actually elected, he won't be so boastful and insulting of everybody because he will have to work with them. He won't be so childishly insecure, and he'll act "more presidential". I don't want somebody that has to "act" presidential, I want somebody that is presidential.

Trump is like the abusive boyfriend, and his voters are the girlfriend that thinks he will be different after they get married.

It's not liberal. It's leftist. You don't think any communist usurpation began by saying, "We're going to coalesce all the power at the top and control every aspect of societal life while jailing or killing all dissenters," do you? They all began by saying, "We're going to share the wealth. You're going to enjoy the treasures of the land the rich has been withholding from you." Then they break out in their national version of "This Land Is Your Land".

SNL came up with that one. And it was classic![roll]It is fitting too. She actually said something pretty comparable to that...but not exact.
They’re our next-door neighbors. And you can actually see Russia, from land, here in Alaska, from an island in Alaska.”

She said that from parts of Alaska you can see Russia... which is technically true. SNL turned it into her seeing Russia from her backyard.

No doubt that Fey nailed her with the impression.

Over the years SNL has been fairly even handed with the impressions of Presidents and top politicians, though they've been easy on Obama. Nothing beats Will Ferrel as Bush IMO, and Phil Hartman Clinton was great as well.
