unless you've been married a while then your wife won't care:
"testicles...are, apparently, 'significantly smaller' in men who sleep five hours a night rather than seven or more, and that two-hour difference means lower testosterone levels too, equivalent to those of someone 10 years their senior."

You definitely dedicate more structured time to gym visits than me.
Another place where we differ is how we define 'eat clean'.

My clean living is, no alcohol, no tobacco, no coffee, no tea, no fried foods, I drink skim milk and a lot of water. The Yoo Hoo before a workout is something I have done for 30 years, it started out as a joke, and I enjoy the taste. I can afford myself a little off the path. I really work out hard so the effects is not that bad. I will eat a grilled hamburger every once in a while, but it will only be one. I eat a lot of chicken, ham and turkey. They joke with me at work when we go out to eat because they know I am getting a plain grilled chicken, baked Potatoe plain nothing on it with some A1 Steak sauce.

You can't work out enough to offset 84 grams of sugar in those drinks.

according to physical every year I do. I drink a lot of water while working out and it pretty much gets flushed out. My only issue is PSA. I watch it closely. I am having a MRI August 20th.

All good, I really was giving you crap. The sugar in those two things is high, but I bet your overall diet is better than 90% of other Americans.

You can’t work out enough to offset a turkey sandwich in most cases. Working out as a way to create a calorie deficit shouldn’t be the reason you work out.
It's not the calories in the sugar that's the problem. It's the sugar.

Not saying you aren't saying this but weight control is a simple mathematical problem

Calorines consumed = calories burned -->> gain no weight

calories consumed > calories burned -->> weight gain

calories consumed < calories burned -->> weight loss

If you eat healthier, you burn more calories (less process foods and refined sugars)
If you work out, you burn more calories
If you do both, you burn more calories than one or the other

If you eat crappy, you burn less calories (more processed foods and refined sugars)
If you are very sedentary, you burn less calories

It's not as simple as calories in and calories out. That much simple refines sugars is a LOT worse than an equivalent number of calories in more complex forms. Insulin levels have a lot to do with weight gain, and a host of other health problems.

It 100% is calories in vs calories out. Its purely mathematical.

But what type of calories you eat changes how many calories you burn naturally.

I haven't drank any form of soft drinks in 23 years, No energy drinks in 14 years, and no milk since the tit. Only drink water and the regularly occasionally bourbon. I fast 20 hours a day and I run, walk, lift etc in free time. I could eat my weight in smoked chicken. Rarely touch bread but love that ****! Occasionally hit a taco or pizza but try to stick to green foods and proteins.

Can’t remember the last time I slept 7 full hours. I get more than 5 but no way I can sleep 7. Last night for example - fell asleep around 11, woke up a little after 5. Alarm was set for 5:45.

You fellas that are sitting on your nuts should go get your eyes checked. If you can't see your wife's purse sitting there when you plop down, I think you might have the glaucoma.
