Bucees's, stopped in Leeds just now, first of all the person that started this, genius, especially having people they pay to walking around and to look amazed and buy chotsky's (just my theory). But the line yes a line for the ladies bathroom is almost to the door, the one that faces the pumps not the one by all the bucees's pajamas and such.

I tell my sales people... if you want me to know you wasted an hour of your day, just let me see Buceees on your gas receipts.

There's a Buc-ee's just a few miles from me and I've never been.
A year or so ago, Lane Kiffin and the OM team was traveling back from a game and stopped by a Buc-ees. After they had finished their browsing, buying, and eating....he was quoted jokingly as saying....."That experience changed my life". True story. Well, I have stopped at 2 different locations and while not a life changing experience, I'd have to say they had some of the best gas station food I've ever had. Incredible beef brisket sandwiches, and some of the best pecan fudge in the lower 48 I'm aware of.

It’s the new bass pro shops craze from decades ago. But, more sustainable because people gotta get gas, take a dump and get fatter. My son loves their pulled pork sandwiches…. I’ve never been blown away by anything in there. But, it’s a nice leisurely stroll looking at all the cheap crap they adorn their stores with.

On Lanes trip to buccees, he told me that a Mississippi state fan stole the air freshener from his car. Also he was just trying to get some fudge by a Mississippi state fan accosted him.
He told you personally? or......are these some of his made up lies you're passing along for our entertainment? The Buc-cees location I was told by a reliable source was in Athen's, AL just off I-65.

When we lived in TX, i used to work at a quarry in New braunfels. The buccees there was great to stop on the way home and get gas. Never had to go inside. I dont like any of their food.

Would occasionally also pass one of the original ones no bigger than a 2 pump circle k. Would stop for that one just to see if they ever went mini on everything.

The brisket and pulled pork sandwiches are pretty decent and they do have some fairly good road snack options. Thought about making a stop the last time we went to Orange Beach but there was a line of cars all the way to the exit ramp so we opted out. Ain't no sandwich, snack, or clean crapping experience worth all that.

I’d rather hit my pecker with a hammer than go to a Buccees. Who in there right mind would wait in traffic just to get to a friggin C-Store. Especially when there is a diff one 5 miles down the road
I won’t go around lunch or dinner, it’s stupid crowded. My kids like going in there on a road trip and my wife likes the clean bathrooms. Early morning is the best time.

I love the fact I can park at a gas pump, and stay right there while I go inside and pee, and get a brisket sam-ice w/ pickles. my truck will literally be at that pump for 30 minutes and i could care less.

Having said that, I avoid the place at all costs!!! if a person can not figure out how to turn off a road, onto another road, and into a parking lot, and keep moving so as to not totally stop all the traffic behind them, then I can not be in a location with that high a concentration of stupidity. I watched multiple people turn into Bucees (AL/FLA one) and as soon as they turn into the parking lot, just stop and try to decide where to go from there

Love that location. Easy in and easy out even when it's busy. Been twice and never waited in line for gas and the lines to check out inside were short. Bathrooms lived up to the hype.

Don’t mind it but never go on the weekend. Coming back from Orange Beach Saturday and had no plans to stop. My son was behind us at the red light and was rear ended by a truck, so they pulled into Buc-ees. When I got into the parking lot, it was complete craziness. Lines around the building and people just pissed off honking and yelling at each other. I wanted to set up a chair with a cooler just to watch the madness that is Buc-cees.
