If that is the case, his first task should be to trade Romo.

He is serviceable but I have never understood the hype around him. I knew ever since he f'ed up the hold for the winning FG in the playoff game vs Seattle. He just doesn't have "it".

People have been trying to get him to leave Bama ever since he got there. I thought he was there for the long term then, and I still think that. I don't have anything to really base that on other than my gut feeling though.

I ama cowboys fan. our biggest problem always has been and will be friggin Jerry. I don't think Garrett is or ever was sustainable, but Jerry hires puppets......hand up *** you do what I want.....anyone who does their own thing leaves pissed (Jimmy Johnson/Bill Parcells). We are one of 4 NFL team who do not have a GM. Jerryis not a coach but he thinks he can (which is ten times worse). When people play the cowboys they bring another level of intensity. Philly was on three levels higher intensity than us last night, they wanted it more, and they took it without us being able to do an damn thing about it. Romo is snakebit, whatever he touches turns to dung. He has flashes of brilliance, but can't sustain it. We have as much or more talent than anyone in the league. we mismanage it and waste it away with undisiplined play most of the time. Our secondary sucks donkey dick. We usually draft like complete morons (thanks Jerry). I seriously think we have a big piece of paper and close our eyes and point. There is zero logic to it.

It isn't over yet, last night is unacceptable. We have only played 2 of our 6 divisiongames and we're 1-1. Giants lead the division, and wehave philly at home late. I do thinkourout of division schedule is very favorable from here out. That doesn't really mean jack if we play like last night. </p>

The money is roughly the same. The work is easier, the hours shorter.

In college, the coach is regarded as more important than the players. In the NFL, the coach is controlled by the owner and personnel is handcuffed by the GM.
