Quint has sure done a 180. In 16 when we didn’t make it he said Rutgers had no gripe and they should work on their RPI. Well that’s exactly what we did. We didn’t get to exact schedule we wanted but a lot of effort and time went into picking teams what wouldn’t kill our RPI. And winning of course.

Now the RPI is an issue and we need to use their eye test. Comical.

1) If you pack the bleachers and put a couple thousand people on the hill on the other side that’s a great turn out and an awesome atmosphere. We did it a couple times for soccer and it was nuts.

2) Who cares if it’s on grass instead of turf. Both teams have to play on grass instead of turf. It’s not ideal, I understand, but it effects both sides equally. If anything with somebody in the net like Kirst, slowing down balls bounced toward him, it’s probably a “plus” for us.

3) we don’t have to travel

4) We don’t have to face Maryland until the final

I honestly don’t see any issues here. GO RU!!!
Go the game and being friends!

After looking again at Notre Dame’s resume: LOL at the outrage. They didn't beat a single good team. Yeah they got “hot” once there was only North Carolina, Syracuse and Duke left on the schedule.

I don't doubt that they'd be a tough out, but that isn't enough...
