I agree. let's all agree to a mulligan and return to the redskins and Indians before politics were in sports.

BTW, you can't dribble a football or a baseball. The Tim Walz moderates on the left know this.
"The Tim Walz moderates".

***** doesn't even know how to load a shotgun.

Thanks for that bit of history concerning John Two Guns White Calf. The name is unusual and somewhat descriptive, so my initial thought was that it might be a lead in to a joke alone the lines of the old "Two dogs phucking" joke. But Google revealed that Two Guns White Calf was, in fact, a Blackfoot chief, and in fact the apparent last of the Blackfoot chiefs.

I would have no problem restoring the logo, but you have to admit that the name "Redskins" is somewhat pejorative. I have much less issue with
"Indians" or "Braves" than I do with Redskins. I also have no issue with "Squaw Valley," the Lake Tahoe ski resort recently renamed "Palisades Tahoe." But this wasn't my call.

I think FSU did it the right way. They asked the Seminole nation for their take on the FSU mascot name and logo, and the Seminoles did not object to it. If the Seminoles had no issue, it made it a little tougher for anyone else to claim that the use of their name and logo was somehow disrespectful. Note that, unlike "Redskins," the term "Seminoles" has no obvious pejorative connotation.
They polled Native Americans about the Redskins logo and name in the Washington Post

90% wanted the Redskins back
9 % were bothered by Redskins
1% didnt care either way

90% is pretty overwhelming...so MOST..90% of Natives are not offended by Redskins name or logo..whereas ..ALMOST ALL liberals CLAIM they are offended by it..and this with news media perpetuates the negative

So if the New York Giants, who actually play their home games in New Jersey, were renamed the "New York Wops," would you be in favor of that? Atlanta has a large African American population. What if their baseball team was changed from the "Atlanta Braves" to the "Atlanta Slaves?" Would you be OK with that? How about the "Atlanta Duskies?"

Why is MAGA okay with our President weighing in on this topic? Shouldn’t he be focused elsewhere? I thought we’d have 90 trade deals in 90 days!

It’s incredible that MAGA is okay with a president threatening to step in on an NFL stadium consideration due to a legacy name that was widely considered derogatory. What happened to not wanting government overreach? Does that only apply when it fits your world view? Pathetic.
anybody who has followed trade deals over the years knows that comprehensive deals can take 2-3 years to complete. And, a lot of folks in the anti tariff mode were quick to point that out. So now about 120 days from liberation day we're seeing what I would call "frameworks" for deals and the same knowledgeable people who knew you couldn't get a deal in 90 days are complaining that the deals don't have enough details. Well, they knew that back on April 2nd
