This hits hard, because I am also a Tottenham Hotpur fan. The similarities are striking. Also, Spurs finally did win a trophy last season.

It's not a Mississippi State thing, it's a SixPack thing.

I previously worked as a developer at a math education software company, where most of us were former math teachers. I mentioned a SixPack education thread to my boss, and quoted one of the posters, who said that "most teachers are morons." She replied, "They are." I thought it was funny, so I leaned into it.

It’s kinda like the NO Saints scoring a TD late in the 4th Qrt in the SuperDome vs Denver to take the lead in the game by 1
Line up to kick the XP to take a 2 point lead and Denver blocks it and returns it to give Denver a 1 point win.
That is the definition!
State has done some of the same type stuff over the years to FIND A WAY TO LOSE.

Your own basketball team gets in a fight with each other in the stands pre-game, your sitting head football coach dies, and your potential first round draft pick’s D flops out during combine on national tv. These types of things are only reserved for us.

Just add this debacle to the running list of things that define our heritage. T&L reminded me this week of the “just dunk it Keyshawn” against Bama this past bball season. The merry-go-round just keeps giving.
