The US has become a Banana Republic - the election process is completely broken and can be influenced to create the outcome desired by lowly elected officials depending on their affiliation. Mail in ballots are the ideal mechanism. Anonymous, unaudited and plentiful. If nothing else, the whole system needs revamping so that in 4 years its indisputable. The technology exists, yet we use 19th century balloting. A complete mockery.

Biden has secured the most popular votes ever, by anyone. And it's still tight, why? It obvious to me that the people voting for Trump are detached from reality. They do not care for their fellow Americans, they simply want a president who will the hurt the people they want hurt and thats Trump. Its sad and if you voted for Trump you should be ashamed. Not because of your party affiliation or political beliefs but because you choose a president over the millions who are hurting in this country. If you voted Trump you are a traitor.

I think that Biden has more than likely won the election. Suing will accomplish nothing, because the margins we're talking about are like 20,000 votes in the relevant states. So it is not like the 2000 election where a few hundred votes in Florida were the difference. You cannot erase a 20,000 vote gap by suing. However, Trump has made it clear that he might challenge voting by mail in the Supreme Court.

First, there is nothing wrong with voting by mail, especially when dealing with Covid-19. Secondly, under the constitution, each state allocates their electoral votes how they see fit, and each state has authority to legislate how their elections are conducted. I do not believe that the Supreme Court would claim to be able to intervene in that; it would be a stretch. If the Supreme Court suddenly decided to invalidate vote by mail in this election -- that would do away with most of the votes. Would they really be willing to unleash the chaos and anger that would follow? I think not.

I predict that Trump will use his law team to send out some feelers to get an idea of how some of the justices feel about it. They will quietly tell him behind the scenes to drop it. And then he will hopefully drop it. Though I feel he will continue to stoke the flames that is a "stolen election" and a great many of his supporters may take violent action in response to what they see as illegitimate. He should instead behave like a real leader for once and try to unite the country during what is clearly a very divisive election.

He is not a leader. He's a child.

@Shatterthesky22 and @bleediteveryday30 just don’t get it. Bleed it tries to act smart, but shatter doesn’t hide his ignorance.
COVID was the perfect storm. Have a pandemic, and add more fear to millions leading up to the election, convincing tons of citizens to do mail in voting. The problem isn’t so much the mail in voting, it’s the credibility that people don’t get multiple ballots, or such things like that, and that it is fairly counted. The numbers of mail in this election far surpasses any we’ve ever seen.
States stop counting last night with Trump up big, then big leads all the sudden disappear.

So, Trump wants the counts to continue in Nevada and Arizona because it's close and he's behind. In the states where MILLIONS of legitimate ballots hadn't been counted a sitting president has falsely claimed that the election was being stolen last night and that has continued into today. We knew this was going to be a process in these states because of the laws there. There's no evidence of fraud. None. Nada. Zero. Much like in Ohio, NC, GA, and a few other states yesterday that started blue because of early voting/mail in ballots and then went red once day of voting returns came in, this is the exact same thing from the opposite standpoint. And he could still freaking win! Let them count the ******* votes. There are cameras, poll watchers, pollsters from both parties present for this process, police, national guard in some places, etc. We're not ******* North Korea, he can't just stop the ******* vote counting because it may not benefit him.

Because they starting counting mail ins today in some states. Mostly from democrats. How is this hard to understand? Accept your defeat with some class at least Mac. Of course that's asking far too much from a Trumpet.

The party of inclusion and empathy never fails to show their true colors as you have so eloquently proven. I feel for you that you have this level of vitriol against fellow citizens.....as you pointed out in previous posts, it is them that apparently the repubilcans hate...hmmm

Can't even spell Republicans correctly. Sorry the party of inclusion amd empathy seeks to deny membership to citizens who lack any amount of empathy or any want to include others who don't share their religion or skin color.

There are only two things in this world that are infinite - the universe, and the hypocrisy of the left...as for spelling, its "and" not "amd"...you owned yourself to prove my point.

Lol fair enough on the spelling. Fail on my part. What about the hypocrisy of the Republicans shoving ACB through in an election? Not an election year but an actual election, while denying Obama when he still had 11 months left.

Fact, Trump as of about 7:00 tonight, had 6 million more votes than he did in 2016. It’s safe to say the overwhelming majority of his votes are in person. Also a fact is that Biden has about 6 million more votes than Clinton did in 16. We know where he has benefited more from, mail in voting.

This is where I have the problem with Biden winning. The left used the virus and selling fear to gain votes.
And I’ll say it again, the media is more corrupt than @Shatterthesky22 is ignorant. That’s saying a lot.
