If Biden's leads hold up, which it appears it will, I just don't understand why people are having a hard time believing it to be legit. Once you step back and remove the mentality of the angry fan who's pissed off that the refs cost his team a ball game you can use common sense to evaluate everything and see the voter-fraud claims are simply not real.

1. Donald Trump won the presidency in 2016 by beating a historically disliked candidate who had a good portion of her own party turn on her mid-campaign. Trump was able to win 2016 by capturing three historical Democrat strongholds from this despised and disparaged candidate by a total of 77,000 votes across the three states.

2. Donald Trump never achieved close to a 50 percent approval rating from a legitimate polling service in his 4 years in office.

3. Rather than try to win over swaths of voters who opposed him, Trump spent much of his term making clear his disdain for the, "other side." He and his surrogates have been particularly good at stoking divisional flames and directing inflammatory comments and actions toward almost anyone different than him (straight white male).

4. Most every reputable poll has shown Biden consistently in front. Fivethirtyeight, probably as strong as any site I have seen in political data analysis, had been showing Biden as about a 7 point national favorite, with a standard margin off error. Based off the popular vote as it stands now, and attempting to factor in California's nearly 25 percent more votes to calculate, Biden should finish with a little over 52 percent of the vote and Trump should finish at slightly better than 47.5 percent. These are conservative estimates, as Biden will probably fare a little better in California mail-in ballots than he has in-person.

As a side note about Fivethirtyeight, the site's founder, in a piece about voter turnout, projected a few weeks back that Trump would have virtually no shot to win if turnout surpassed 144 million. Today, at the same time Biden was shown to move ahead in Pennsylvania, national voter turnout hit 144 million.

5. The blueprint for the path of this election was evident as early as 9:00 PM on November 3rd.

Joe Biden trailed in Virginia, a state he was projected to handily win, the entire evening. The constant during his trail was Fairfax County, the largest and bluest in the state, was sitting at 25% counted. The county turned reported the remaining votes all at once and Biden went from down a couple points to up six and declared the winner.

The same thing, in reverse order, was happening at the same time in Ohio and Florida. Both those states were allowed to process mail-votes early and Biden got out to an early lead. Once day of, in-person votes began running, Trump walked off with states he was projected to win. The reason Arizona is different than other late counting mail-in voting states is because Republicans have a history of voting in person there so Trump's fearmongering rhetoric did not scare them off.

6. Every analyst worth anything knew Biden would overwhelmingly win mail-in votes nationally. His campaign spent months encouraging it among his voters whereas Trump spent months scaring his supporters into thinking the only way their votes would be counted was in person.

7. Whoever made the statement earlier about crowd sizes at rallies and appearances should look at it the same way as the mail-in versus in-person voting. Beyond that, it is clear that the passion of a few means nothing. New Jersey was a state where Trump supporters shut down an interstate but Biden is currently blowing his doors off at the ballot box.

That's pretty much all I have, except for a couple questions for those who believe the mail-in system has rigged the election for the Democrats.

1. If the Democrats fixed the election by the use of mail-in ballots why didn't they secure the Senate and at least break even in the House races?

2. If you're acknowledging that the above things did happen (not securing Senate, losing seats in the House), do you think the GOP is in on the fix? A collaborative effort to rig the election allow Republicans to take their party back from the Trump family (Kushner has stated he feels Trump came in and did a hostile takeover of the party) and get back to actual Republican politics while maintaining control of the Senate.

This isn't the message I want sent. For 4 years we have been calling out the people who have never accepted the results of the 2016 election. And this past summer we criticized people for violently protesting. How does this make us look when we openly call for a war against our own neighbors? I want a fair and just result to the election, but I don't want to threaten violence against anyone to get it.
What conservatives are calling for violence? Most Republicans think when massive amounts of mail in ballots are found in the middle that are 100 percent for one candidate it doesn’t seem realistic. We want the court to review this and if we lose we lose.I don’t think we will be in the streets destroying build if we lose. That is the MO of liberals

Overwhelming mail in Pro Biden voting was expected but getting 100 percent votes for one candidate in many cases is not logical.I have conceded Biden won but question the manner in which he won.

I have not seen a single district reporting 100 percent voting for Biden let alone many. Do you have a link?

If anyone thinks Biden is all there, they're crazy as well. My mother is 80 and she says she's not near as sharp as she once was. She's seen many friends with dementia and she says that's exactly what Joe has. The man will not make it to August. Get ready for Harris and the squad. Our freedom is slowly being taken away and we're going to wake up one day and ask what happened. We're on our way to a one world government and currency.
You’re gonna get ripped for saying this, but you’re right. The left can’t get past the way Trump talks. If they could, they’d see that he’s a threat to the elitists that have been slowly cooking us. They refuse to truly see what people like George Soros stand for.
Bill O’Reilly, who’s as fair as they come, even acknowledges this.

You didn’t answer my questions. What's your plan on any of this, planet included? I can't wait for your response.
Sorry I had to sleep sometime. Anyway, as for the biggest issue facing our world, climate change, we need to begin to shift away from non-renewable sources of energy such as coal, oil and natural gases. These energies and the means of producing them harm our planet. Before long we will the point of no return and doom future generations, our children. I understand many are resistant, some flat out denying climate change exists and others expressing concerns about what happens to the workers in the energy sector. The Green New Deal would ease the transition by providing training in this new industry, while of course adding in jobs to make it happen.

If you'd like to read more and a much better breakdown than I could ever hope provide, read this. https://www.researchgate.net/public...nited_States_What_it_is_and_how_to_pay_for_it

As for guns, while I wouldn't be opposed to an outright ban, I think the smarter move is to ban pistols and assault rifles and ban any weapons from being anywhere that isn't your home or the shooting range. I get that people always argue the 2nd amendment but, when that was amended people only had access to rifles that took a minute to load between each shot and ammunition was far more scarce.

Who pays for healthcare for all? The ultra rich. Bezos has seen his wealth balloon by $80 billion during this pandemic. No sir, you're giving that back to the people who have made you obscenely rich. I have no issue with having a rich, and middle class, I do take issue and the size of the wealth disparity. Time to cut that and improve the the lives of everyone. Hell, it's not like they'll really notice anyway, their quality of life will not dip, just a few less zeroes in their bank accounts.

As far as government run health care,Medicare works pretty damn well so it clearly can be done. As far as who pays for it? Well, we all have been paying the health care for the poor or for young people who have gambled and not gotten health insurance. Medicaid is a government agency that is funded by taxes. For people who don't have anything, they wait until they can't wait anymore, then go to emergency rooms where they are not turned away. They never pay the bill so hospitals raise the cost of health care for those of us with insurance to make up the difference. I would much rather have an honest accounting by having a public option. But more to the point, why are Americans so opposed to making sure their neighbors have access to health care? Do we really want to be like Calcutta where people just die in the street? I honestly don't get it.

I'll support any presidential candidate (Republican or Democrat) that runs on a policy of not giving handouts to those who don't work. The stimulus bill that gave an extra $600 a week to those who already received benefits was rediculous. I'm tired of working my *** off and watching Uncle Sam take over 30% of my pay check and then having to pay another 3-6 thousand dollars every April while watching lazy people that refuse to work get a tax refund of $10,000. This is what has screwed this country along with many other things that I don't have the time to mention.

You sounded in this post like the young socialist kids that try arguing with Ben Shapiro. I’m no Shapiro, but you, son, are a freaking socialist. There isn’t anything in your post that helps America. it’s actually frightening that kids like you can vote. You are as delusional as they come. Ban guns? This is beyond delusional, it’s dangerous to have an opinion like this.
How do you propose we shift away from our current energy? What about all the jobs that will be lost? The downside to some other form of energy would do more harm. What you going to do about countries like China and their pollution? Your proposals are nothing but tree hugger talk. Your healthcare talk is horrendous. There aren’t enough rich people to do what you want, and even if we did do what you’re suggesting, what do you think the rich will do to offset their newfound expense? Try either cutting employees, and/or raising their prices.

You’re showing your true colors. Scary as hell, and as dumb as they are, at least you have the balls to post it. You lack intelligence though.

Capitalism is so engrained in the American idea, the American dream, the idea that as long as you work for it you'll get it. So those who cannot afford decent healthcare are looked down upon and treated as lazy by those who can because the mindset is "They can't afford it because they don't work, they're lazy and less than me so I do not want to pay for their healthcare". Like a lot of our issues it is simply another form of discrimination. People cannot accept that maybe the difference between the homeless man sleeping in alleys and the affluent man on Wall-Street is what family they were born into and not the work they put in.

The only point I proved is that you must be a sorry lazy ***. My wife and I got married at age 22 and rented a duplex. All that we had at the time could fit in the back of a pick up truck. We worked our tails off and earned everything we have. When the corona virus hit in March, I was sent home from my part-time job and started mowing lawns instead. I have too much pride to accept handouts that you seem to think everyone is entitled to.

What liberals try to do is act like the voice for the downtrodden. They think if we don’t share their idiotic views, then we don’t care. That’s nothing but absurd.
What they fail to see is there’s a difference between helpless and clueless. Most people don’t mind helping those that need help. Their argument falls flat because they’ve been brainwashed by the left. The left cares less about the poor than most Americans. It’s all about the vote to them. Yet, these morons think we don’t care, blame the rich, and it’s the white mans fault.
We are about to find out what 4 years under Harris and Pelosi are like.

Still did not answer a direct question.Give one example of anywhere in the history of the world where your idea of government has worked

Speaking of direct questions, were you able to source that 100 percent mail-in ballots for Biden statement? I'm really curious where that has occurred.

What I am talking about is where success is garanteed without taking into account effort and talent.Where is this utopia where everyone has the same results.I think it was Churchill said that democracy is the worst form of government until you compare it with the others .Our country guarantees the opportunity to succeed not that you will be successful

People cannot accept that maybe the difference between the homeless man sleeping in alleys and the affluent man on Wall-Street is what family they were born into and not the work they put in.
While I mostly agree with you, your last sentence is a bit of an oversimplification. It is amazing that the religious right so bought into Trump and say absolutely nothing when he threatens to undo the ACA.

What I am talking about is where success is garanteed without taking into account effort and talent.Where is this utopia where everyone has the same results.I think it was Churchill said that democracy is the worst form of government until you compare it with the others .Our country guarantees the opportunity to succeed not that you will be successful
The only opportunities guaranteed are to people whose parents are well off. That's it. Not saying it's impossible for others without that to be successful, but a lot has to break your way if you don't start with that leg up. I think democracy is mostly fine. I would love to see the electoral college gone however as it has far outlived its usefulness.

Yeah it was oversimplified. I mean, Trump has somehow done a great job appealing to the religious right, he's said the right things to convince them he's a God-Fearing man just like him. Its quite funny though as out of the two, Biden is the actual Christian.

Biden is saying if the experts told him to, he’d shut the country down due to COVID, and he would use experts opinions like Cuomo. Yikes.
Cuomo? If he’s an expert, I’m a nuclear physicist.
can you supply a link to that. I couldn't find it on google. Thanks.
