I thought having their guy win the election would level these loons out a little bit. But they're becoming even more unbearable.
Really? that is your take away from the past couple of pages of back and forth. I agree that Shatter could tone it down but otherwise all Jtre has done is point out what Mac has said previously and also rebutted points he made yesterday with fact based arguments. Hardly the stuff of loons.I thought having their guy win the election would level these loons out a little bit. But they're becoming even more unbearable.
Hilarious. I made one point, but NEVER said it was a fact. You’re hanging your hat on a half a days back and forth over ONE comment I made, and that my “points were rebutted with fact based arguments.”Really? that is your take away from the past couple of pages of back and forth. I need to tone it down? Maybe I've gotten a little personal but uh, that doesn't make anything I've said untrue. Especially with Mac, the man claims to care about his children and yet, going off of he's said in this thread he has always refused to act in their best interests because he is so closed minded. If you see an issue with me calling him out on that then honestly I do not know what to tell you. If you don't hit these people where it hurts they are never gonna change.Really? that is your take away from the past couple of pages of back and forth. Tolerant lib thinking right there. It is your opinion that other people's opinions are ignorant ********. It is your very un-American opinion that they shouldn't have the right to voice their opinion. There are very few people that I assume are just trash human beings based on anonymous message boards. But you are solidly on the list.they shouldn't have a safe space from which to spew their ignorant ********.
Oh no! Whatever shall I do? Someone who supports ripping women's reproductive organs out thinks I'm trash?! Boohoo.Tolerant lib thinking right there. Add my vote to it. You’re well on your way to the new stupid-elect of the board! Keep up the good workOh no! Whatever shall I do? Someone who supports ripping women's reproductive organs out thinks I'm trash?! Boohoo.
Posts like this really are too far, and they are the type of thing @durhamgolfer was probably referring to when he said you should tone things down.
Regardless of @GhostOf301 political leanings (if I remember he said he's more anti-liberal and anti-government than pro-anything, I could be wrong) I'm pretty sure he's never stated or even inferred that he believes in forced hysterectomies.
Give me a fact about Biden, Go!
I want facts as to why I voted for the wrong guy, about Biden
Lol. I’m looking for comfort, give me some facts about Biden. Facts of comfort moving forward . Facts that persuaded your vote in his favor.FACTSYou can vote for whomever you please. Never said that.

I wouldn't say that I am anti government more than favor reduced government influence in our lives. But there isn't a political party that promotes this. Conservatives have always run as the party of small government, but don't govern that way. At least not to my liking.Posts like this really are too far, and they are the type of thing @durhamgolfer was probably referring to when he said you should tone things down.

But the "ripping women's reproductive organs" crap... where in the hell did that come from. That dude is lost. I don't ask that anyone call anyone else out, but I am glad a couple of you have with that angry loon. I thought with Trump losing, we weren't supposed to be so divisive anymore.
I'm not a Biden supporter. Nor am I a Trump supporter. Didn't want either of them, but I like Biden a whole hell of a lot more than Trump. I am hopeful that Biden will be a calming force for the nation that is in serious need of someone who is less crass, divisive, and not going to govern with a "everyone is against me" rule of thinking. It's been terrible for the country to watch someone, being the leader of the free world, completely demonize the other side of the aisle for 4 years, the media, his own people at times, and over half the country who dared not hang on his every word as truth. You can't do that. His reaction to this election has been very disheartening, but not shocking coming from him. You can't behave like a petulant child in the toy section when things don't go your way. That is what Trump has done time and time again throughout his tenure, and during this election especially.
Biden has a history of working well with both sides. Trump doesn't. That is a fact. Biden has a problematic voting history, also a fact, haha I've disagreed with him on several occasions. The Iraq war, '94 Crime Bill, his support of fracking, comments on immigration in the past, and several other things. That said, he was one of the first people to introduce legislation to combat climate change in 1986, spearheaded the Violence Against Women Act in '94, Sponsored the Kids 2000 Act, led the Senate to approve ratification of the Chemical Weapons Convention, led the Senate to approve NATO enlargement and passage of bills to streamline foreign affairs agencies and punish religious persecution overseas, implemented and oversaw the $840 billion stimulus package in the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act while Vice President, chaired the middle-class working families task force, negotiated with Mitch McConnell a deal that led to the American Taxpayer Relief Act of 2012, averting a fiscal cliff and implementing the largest middle-class tax cut in history. As a Senator he focused on consumer protection, environmental issues, government accountability, and arms control. Those are just a few of his accomplishments throughout his time in government. Agree or disagree which are or are not accomplishments it is proof that he can work with both sides.
Believe me, I am not some huge supporter of Biden. I just want someone who potentially could try to be a president for all people and not just those people who show him undying adoration. Biden is a very flawed politician. That said, I think he is a good man with decent intentions. He's not some socialist, nor will he take everyone's guns, everything isn't going to be "free", your taxes aren't going up (well unless you make over $400,000 a year, do you?), and things might just get better with someone who wants to govern with a steady hand for all. Again, I understand that you and others here disagree. I would ask that people give Biden a chance.
Full disclosure, I hated Trump from the moment he said what he did about John McCain at the beginning of his campaign in '16. Coming from a family with a decorated uncle who served two tours in Nam, it stung. Having seen many of my friends and family go off to fight in Iraq and Afghanistan, it stung. Coming from a strong "support the military" family, it stung. Then came the insults about women, Mexicans, other immigrants, and making fun of a handicapped reporter. Then there were the countless sexual assault and harassment allegations. He made one terrible comment after another and I just didn't think he had the right temperament to govern.
With all of the that, I was willing to still give him a chance once it was clear he would be the president. Because I was raised to respect our leaders, even when we didn't vote for them. I wanted to believe that maybe he would get in there and actually make a difference, drain the swamp, give us better trade deals, etc. None of that happened. He filled his own swamp with yes men and women, only did what benefited himself or his friends, played golf, attacked anyone who disagreed with him, stoked the already tense divide in the country and widened it, and never tried to be a president for all Americans.
So, my hope is that we can all agree to disagree on policy and begin to heal the great divide in this country. It can happen, but it won't be overnight. We can't be a United populace without everyone putting aside their differences and trying to make peace with each other. You can dislike Biden or even hate him. You have every right to believe the way you do. That's one of the great things about living in America. You can accept the legitimate results in the election because this is a democracy.
The sheer amount of people who voted in this election should be celebrated no matter who had won. That in of itself is pretty damn remarkable. At the same time I realize it is indicative of how divided we truly are as a nation right now. My hope is that we can come together during this tumultuous time in order to heal the wounds within our nation. We can try to pick up the pieces of our broken country and rebuild things together again.
"give us better trade deals" - you dont believe that this was achieved?
As for the rest of this epic, its clear which side you lean regardless of your opening claim of neutrality
Its ok, you should own it.
I forgot you said you weren’t voting for either.I'm not a Biden supporter. Nor am I a Trump supporter. Didn't want either of them, but I like Biden a whole hell of a lot more than Trump. Nothing he has said has led me to believe he's anti government, just anti-liberal and Pro-Trump. Being anti-liberal means you support these things because you support a political platform that makes these things possible. They're not affecting you so why worry about it right? And I'm absolutely rolling about them wanting reconciliation now that they've lost, like they weren't just slinging **** five minutes ago. I'm fine with reconciling but, they need to admit their ******** first instead of shoving it under the carpet.Posts like this really are too far, and they are the type of thing @durhamgolfer was probably referring to when he said you should tone things down.

He sure didn’t say that when his election was in question. He hates Trump because he kicked Jen’ s buttHope for our country coming together.....

Who is trying to reconcile with you? You are far too looney to deal with. You be you, man.Nothing he has said has led me to believe he's anti government, just anti-liberal and Pro-Trump. You know what, I apologize. I mean it. I've been too amped this past week and I have gone off the rocker a hair.Who is trying to reconcile with you? You are far too looney to deal with. You be you, man.

You know, some people are really smart and just struggle communicating, talking in crowds, etc.....I’d try (becuase I have to) jump on the Biden mumbling jumbling stumbling fumbling ship if he had accomplished something in 47years and had not been caught in lies...Trumps not great at it ,but he has accolades, and if he would have just been a POLITICIAN he wins easy, given most Americans can be bought for a dollar. People don’t get that. He could have went up there and said all kinda bs to steal some votes...or let Biden talk![]()
Did you post this with a straight face? You libs just don’t get it. The media is pathetic, and corrupt. Whatever, or wherever you get your news from tilts horribly to the left, and is filled with lies and venom. They’ve spent the entire time protecting Sleepy Joe, letting him hole up in his basement, all the while criticizing every move Trump makes.
Ipsy might be crazy, but he’s right about Biden and the virus. Biden is old, and inept. Harris is one scary lady. George Soros is praying this fraud stuff doesn’t get proven.
Sadly though with the media our country has, they will probably get away with it.
Answer me this. How does a state have 68% turnout in 16 have a 21% leap this election?
