Wow. 50 years is a long time. Im 28 and my dad doesnt even remember back then. My grandfather would (rip), but thats kind of indicative of their tradition.

I'll worry about MTSU, Bama, etc. (UM being the etc.) after Saturday. Although I'm a UT grad (MSU undergrad), I love screwing with the Big Orange sidewalk alumni at work (most went to Tenn Tech but pull for the Big Orange on Saturdays).

We have to be the King of Mississippi, consistently, before we can be king of the SEC West and ultimately the SEC. We have to win our State, period. Don't understand why that's so hard to understand. It is a big accomplishment. Ole Miss may act like they don't care about us, but look at the great lengths they go to stay ahead of us in their own minds.
By the way, I'm loving that they are focusing their recruiting efforts in far away places, students and athletes. Keep that up. MSU will only benefit.
