Trump wants ALL the court fights.
He welcomes them.
They were ALWAYS part of the PLAN.
That’s why Trump “prioritized” flipping the Supreme Court in his first term.
While most people complain and criticize Congress for not passing the SAVE Act, I don’t think Trump is worried about it at all.
The longer the fight drags out, the better.
Trump ALREADY told everyone, what is going to happen.
“President Donald Trump on Friday said he will issue an executive order “shortly” laying out the “legal reasons” for national voter-identification requirements.
Trump, in posts late Friday to Truth Social, said he wants voter-ID laws implemented for the 2026 midterm elections, even though legislation mandating them appears poised to stall in Congress.”

Trump has told us, that he is “preparing” an EO to FORCE a citizenship requirement and voter ID BEFORE the midterms.
Does anybody doubt him?
Did you catch what he said?
He’s going to “lay out the legal reasons” for the requirements.
Trump does his homework. There’s a reason that he keeps winning all the democrats court challenges to his EO’s.
His legal team know the law very well, going back many years and they also know the Constitution.
Trump is restoring the Constitution.
Only citizens are allowed to vote in federal elections.
Trump ALREADY knows, that as soon as he signs an EO on this subject, the democrats will go judge shopping, in order to try and stop it.
That’s EXACTLY what he wants them to do.
Most people don’t understand GAME THEORY.
The longer the “fight” over voter ID stays in the “narrative war,” the better.
Trump AND Thune, are “purposely” dragging this fight out as long as possible.

And what is the narrative that Trump and the republicans are focusing the American people on?

This is “purposeful” narrative deployment. It’s “table setting” for what’s coming.
What’s coming?
There are “two” criminal investigations happening right now, looking into the stolen election in 2020.
Bondi launched a “nationwide” criminal investigation and put a Missouri prosecutor in charge.
And Tulsi Gabbard launched an investigation into the intelligence agencies, looking at all the classified information.
There’s a reason why Trump isn’t worried about the midterms.
Trump ALREADY knows the EVIDENCE of the stolen election “conspiracy” in 2020, is going to be exposed soon and he ALSO knows, that he is going to win the democrat challenge against his coming EO on voter ID.
A “conspiracy” by the democrats to steal the 2020 election, with the help of foreign entities, is a “national security” issue.
The president has “plenary power” over “national security” issues, according to the Constitution.
Voter ID and citizenship is going to happen and Trump ALREADY knows it.
But it’s just the first volley.
Voter ID is the DOORWAY to ALL the “safeguards,” that Trump keeps telling people are coming, for our ENTIRE election system.
NATIONAL SECURITY will allow Trump to put in place EVERYTHING he needs to, in order to PROTECT the American people’s Constitutional right to vote.
It’s all coming, including a version of the SAVE Act.
And the Supreme Court win on the SAVE Act EO will set permanent “precedent” for our nation’s future.
Relax.
