I think that's a little overstated. It was Stricklin's first coaching search and a lot of people simply thought we could get a better coach than we did. We aren't a premier program so we aren't going to get premier coaches.

some of our fans expected more from this hire. Considering our last two hires were assistants on staff and the number of players leaving......he made a good hire. Not so long ago, our AD hires Brooks or Grant.

Come on, you have to admit Scott tried to sell our program to people who don't have any connections in this area. Frank Martin has Florida connections, and is a better hire then Ray. Stricklin was unprepared, period. Did I mention he was a male cheerleader at Prep?
