Don't take this post as being homeristic, b/c I will be the first to admit that MSU is usually in dire straits concerning athletics. First, Polk shouldn't ***** about their fans. But, if true, and I believe it, that the group was calling him a child molester and the such, that is wayyy out of line. The cop going on the field last year was unfathomable. Here'in lies the problem. If State and olemiss were the bloods and the crips, southern would be like the hattiesburg homeboys or something. They are alot like the gaza strip or the west bank. They long for recognition. They are in a conference that constantly realigns and gets weaker all of the time. It absolutely drives them up the wall that the best they can do on a consistent basis doesn't involve beating State and olemiss in football b/c niether of us will fool with them. I understand where State and olemiss are in the pecking order in the SEC, much to my chagrin. Imagine being lower on the pecking order than that and you have southern and it causes them much consternation. If we just drop the baseball series, we won't have to put up with dumbass articles from rick cleveland and we can ignore them 365 days out of the year instead of 363. It isn't worth the aggravation.

If every team that the LFL fans ever insulted pulled out from playing at DNF, you guys would be playing Starkville Academy in doubleheaders each weekend. Put on your big boy drawers and shut them up on the field.

USM WILL NEVER and I MEAN EVERRRRR play in a bowl championship series game. I dont care how many CUSA championships you win. You will never make it to OMAHA and for god sakes was it Clarence Weatherspoon mainia the last time you made the NC2A tewnament?

and I don't respect us at all right now. i posted something to the effect last week that we would have a tough time winning in hattiesburg this week because of their RPI and record this year. i got responses saying who cares because it is USM and they never go far in post season play so it doesn't really matter. where i am going with this is.... who gives a **** if they go deep in post season play when they just handed our 17ing asses to us while our pussified coach sat in the GD dugout because some people yelled at him and his only repercussion was to whine more about it like a ***** to the press. GD it i would be surprised if any of their asses give us respect.
