I'm surprised how terribly the last three coaching searches for them have gone
If I recall correctly, the last two were a disaster as well. They may not be quite what they were but they have money and a great stadium and tons of fans. You'd think they would have had a list ready anyway. Go for a hot young coach that's winning somewhere else, or a hotshot assistant. It's still a very good job and there are plenty of coaches that would take it, but the way they go about it almost paints them into a corner. Going after a bunch of coaches who would be making lateral moves makes you look dumb. Find a good coach for whom this would be a step up and hire them. It's not rocket surgery.
