Madonna to Women’s March Detractors: ‘F*ck You’

Wearing a black“***** hat,” Madonna gave the final speech at the Women’s March keynote in D.C., welcoming protesters to the “revolution of love,” while admitting that she desperately thought “a lot” about blowing up the White House. As CNN, MSNBC, and C-Span filmed on, Madonna (with Amy Schumer behind her at one point) delivered multiple instances of the word “****” that had the networks speedily cutting away from the expletives. The first emphatically encouraged everyone to wake up. The second and third, she aimed toward women’s-protest detractors.

The full text of her rousing speech below:

Hello. Are you still awake out there? Are you sure about that? Can you hear me? Are you ready to shake up the world? Welcome to the revolution of love — to the rebellion and our refusal as women to accept this new age of tyranny. Where not just women are in danger, but all marginalized people. Where being uniquely different right now, might truly be considered a crime. It took this horrific moment of darkness, to wake us the **** up. It seems we have all slipped into a false sense of comfort — that justice would prevail and good would win. Well. Good did not win this election. But good will win in the end.

Today means that we are far from the end. Today marks the beginning. the beginning of our story. The revolution starts here — the fight for the right to be free to be who we are, to be equal. Let’s march together through this darkness and with each step, know that we are not afraid. That we are not alone. That we will not back down. That there is power in our unity and that no opposing force stands a chance against the face of true solidarity.

And to our detractors that insist this march will never add up to anything, **** you. **** you. It is the beginning of much needed change. Change that will require sacrifice, people. Change that will require many of us to make different choices in our life. But this is the hallmark of revolution. My question to you today is, “Are you ready?” I said, “Are you ready?” Say, “Yes, we’re ready!” Say, “Yes, we’re ready!” One more time, you’re ready!

Yes, I’m angry. Yes, I’m outraged. Yes, I have thought an awful thought about blowing up the White House (but I know that this won’t change anything). We can’t fall into despair. As the poet W.H. Auden once wrote on the eve of World War II, we must love one another or die. I choose love. Are you with me? Say this with me. We choose love. We choose love. We choose love.

My question to you today is, “Are you ready?” I said, “Are you ready?” Say, “Yes, we’re ready!” Say, “Yes, we’re ready!” One more time, you’re ready! Yes, I’m angry.

I'd love to ask this Babe what she thought President Bill Clinton was while he was in the White House with an 18 year old intern on her knees with his genitals in her mouth?

She probably thinks it was a form of 'personal choice'.

There was a woman who opposed trump but was told since she was pro life, she wasn't allowed to march. Tolerance?

That's because the "choice" must be for the death of the Baby. If you choose Life for the innocent child, you're a racist or a sexist or both.

(unless the child in utero is determined to be Gay, then if you still want to kill it you're a homophobe)

Typical Fox BS. The planning for this began the day after Biff was elected with a facebook post and was all about protesting against him and his **** show. Maybe there were factions that evolved over time into some sort of pro--life thing, but the core of this was all about Biff from the beginning...

I just texted my neighbor (his wife and a bunch of her friends marched) and asked if this was pro-choice. His response was classic...."We're Catholic, what do you think?"

This spin is officially dead.

Trump is president. Tomorrow he will repeal many of Obama's irresponsible executive orders. I can't wait.

He can start by lifting the bans on oil and gas exploration on Federally owned lands, and lifting the restrictions on construction of the XL pipeline. Cheaper energy means lower prices for finished products and more disposable income which means more jobs.

We have to get the economy moving again, nothing else will matter more to his Presidency.

It was all for the pro-abortion crowd. They love abortion and fully support it just like the many pro-abortionists on this board. It must give them some kind of a sick thrill.

Whether we on the right like it or not, it is still legal. However not even the most ardent Abortion supporters are willing to argue it should be unrestricted (only the far Left believes that) or that taxpayers should be forced to subsidize it.

We can have an honest disagreement over when Life begins, we can even agree to disagree over that. But to suggest that people who do have honest disagreements over this issue only want to "take away Women's rights" is not only incorrect, it is disingenuous.

The speakers at yesterdays Women's march don't want ANY restrictions on abortions. They are 100% for abortions on demand and they also believe the government should pay for them.

If you marched yesterday you support killing babies.

After that any faux outrage you show about trump is suspect.

Yes you are correct. They are wrong, and we will fight them over that extremist position
(notice how the Left never calls that position in this debate "extreme"?)

Only the people who are against that...they're the extremists.

I love to watch the pro-abortion hypocrites that give us this bull ****; " I am personally again abortion and would never have one, but the women should make the choice". One is either pro-abortion or anti-abortion.

You miss the point, along with Dave, the march was about Trump and the alpha male bully bs that allows someone that brags about sexual assault becoming our nations leader.

Yet, not worried at all about Bill Clinton returning to the WH. Your outrage lacks credibility.

Really?????? Then why all the Pro-Abortion speeches and signs. It was anti-Trump but it was also about much more.

As it usually does....seems like a reasonable person at times but just can't let it go. Maybe just confused and trying to figure it all out.

The court for sure is a motivating factor....a legitimate complaint with the blocking of the legally appointed justice by Obama

You mean like the blocking of the legally appointed justice Robert Bork and the unsuccessful attempted lynching of Clarence Thomas?

I've never heard Clinton brag about sexual assault, and if I wouldn't have hear Trump brag about it (like a 16 yr old bully) I would have thought the women that came forward were political attacks and nothing more.

Was I marching born? No. Am I for abortion without restrictions? No. I just very much against the blanket hatred and distrust some of you are throwing at ANYTHING liberal. It's dangerous when assumptions are made about groups of people (as shown by your outrage against assumptions of racism and Christian absolutism made against the right).

You've NEVER heard from the MANY women about ACTUAL sexual assault in regard to Bill Clinton? Trumps comments may have been lewd and crude, but they are far different from sexual assaults.

Never said anything about you marching. You also never addressed by Bork and Thomas comment.
