RPJ if there was no surveillance or "listening" of Trump's and his supporter's conversations (wiretapping or otherwise) explain this NYT story suggesting conversations had been 'intercepted' trying to prove Trump was colluding with Russians to disrupt the election?

Was the NYT lying then or is the media lying now?
