There is absolutely nothing in this Omnibus bill that is appealing

Nothing I've heard has made me think yes this is great. This is why many are in open revolt of the political parties. This is why, unfortunately, Trump is leading the Republicans.

I'm very pleased that solar and wind tax credits got extended for another 5 years.

Why do the wind corp get a free pass when an eagle or hawk is killed by the turbines and the electrical companies are fined when the same bird is killed by power lines?

Link? The credits were extended partly in response to lifting of the export ban on crude oil.

Last night, reported Repubs got military spending offset by a like amount for local projects.

Opposed to the whole damned grab-bag in omnibus budget of 3000 pages. Chickenshit SOBs, all in DC,

That wasn't my question. Electric utilities are fined when certain birds of prey die from electrocution but when the turbines kill them, no fine is levied. Again, it should be a level palying field.

Seriously? how much could those fines be? lol If what you say is true then maybe the wind industry has better lobbyists. I'm sure the electric utilities could recover any monies spent on dead bird fines via rate hikes.

Bp was fined 100 mill for it's oil spill damage to migratory birds and birds of prey. One Power company was fined 10.5 mill for killing golden other protected species. Wind farms have had some fines but Obama gives his chosen ones a pass.
