I am happily leaving the snow and ice of the northeast for a long weekend to Tampa Bay. Any suggestions on what to see/do during the day? My nights are locked up with a wedding Saturday and the Super Bowl on Sunday. There is actually a group of about 10 (all couples) that are going to be looking for something to do.

Check out Cigar City Brewery's tasting room. You might find me there around lunch time. They are located at 3924 W Spruce St, Suite A in Tampa. Other places to grab a good pint are Mr Dunderbak's, Tampa Bay Brewing Co., and any of the World of Beer locations.<div>

Busch Gardens for the kids. There is a Dali Museum in St. Pete I always wanted to go to but never did.
Busch gardens if you like roller coasters. Ybor city for some food/bar/window shopping. Manatees should be congregating around the power station on the east side of the bay during the winter. caladesi island/ honeymoon island, clearwater, tarpon springs if you was to hang out by the gulf. homosassa springs or crystal river for pontoon boats and manatees. you jut missed Gaspirilla; myakka state park has a suspended tree canopy walkway. hillsborough river state park is in tampa, with boardwalks.
sports related, the yankees aaa team is there, check their schedule. see if ray-jay or Tropicana field are hosting anything.

since those bastards sold out to inbev, the free beer is 86ed. It made the year pass for florida residents pretty awesome though.
