The UK basketball program used to be a much larger part of my life - back when the coach and players actually cared about it, too.

It's difficult to get too invested in something where you don't feel that those directly involved care all that much.

One of my grandmother's bucket list wishes was to see a game at Rupp. I buried my Dad and Mom with their favorite UK shirts. They never missed watching a game.
