I see it as a smart idea to go after Garcia. After all of their recent luck getting out-of-the-blue QBs with Manning (i wish we had former players that sent a SuperBowl MVP son to us), Snead, Masoli (even though he wasnt good enough to carry the team), and possibly Brunetti, I'm surprised he wasn't FedEx-ed over night to Oxford.

Also, i think that guy's handle is NOPDREBEL, as in New Orleans Police Department REBEL. I could be wrong but I think I remember that being discussed on Nafoom in a thread regarding the legalization of pot.
