I agree, and no, I don't want Cal fired. It is possible that this is on Cal and to not want him fired. I am there.

Appears for the first time that he has not been able to crack the code with this group. Too many selfish, me first attitudes on the team. It is really apparent that some of the frosh were severely over-hyped coming out of HS. Basketball IQ is very low and it appears that no player has gotten better over the course of the year. That is on Cal and the staff.

He's the only coach in the country that gets players just for thinking about the next level and half thinks about another sport the nba then doing his job.

His players has one foot out the door every year without even playing a college game.

= another bad year. We'll be out in the round of 32 again. But hey the NBA draft is in June. That is our Superbowl

unfortunately this is what happens when you have a bunch of 5 star guys that will jump ship after 1 year. This is why i hate the one and done rule. I would rather have 3 and 4 star kids that stay the 4 full years. I would really like to see how Cal can develop those type kids. The kids he recruits are already NBA Bound and would go straight to the NBA if they didn't have to go to college for a year.

Agreed. This started going off the rails once Orlando left. We had the 2015 team that looked good but that is starting to look more of an aberration.

We aren't seeing the Wall/Knight/Davis type teams anymore. We see teams that are talented but don't seem to be in it for the team. We are seeing teams that don't seem to fit or work well with each other. Mostly we see teams that don't care if they lose.

Cal is a great recruiter but, sometimes you might need to get a lower rated player to get the RIGHT guy for your needs. Coach O realizes this and Cal respected his opinion. We have GOT to get him back. He's sitting behind the bench, fire Barbee and hire him tonight!

There is tons of talent - Fox, Monk and Bam are very talented as we saw in the UNC game, but each has slipped. Willis and Humphries have gotten worse this year and Briscoe is more selfish and is playing worse as the years goes.
