He knows what's going on. This next year could potentially be the biggest year of his career. If he doesn't come out with a good MSU team, everybody is going to be saying he couldn't make it work at MSU, and the hype will die. So he knows he has to have a good season if he wants to keep moving up. He might solely be happy with winning 6-8 games a year.....but I doubt it.
