Exactly! How many turnovers was Will responsible for? We should not have been sweating this one with a better Qb for this conference.
We won that all that matters. Go cheer for another team if you want style. I want substance. A W is substance.
Why would I pull for some other team? I've been a state fan for over 50 years. And I've been complaining most every year, win or lose. It's what we do -- particularly on a message board.
But I am damn happy for the win. Beating Ole Miss - however you do it - is huge.
This has been a damn good season overall. If we win the bowl game, it will be one of our best.
