That’s the actual instructions for toothpaste. Makes a huge difference. I still prefer to wash before and after. You’re also not supposed to rinse your mouth after brushing.
There’s a patent drawing showing the correct way to put toilet paper on the holder but yet there are still morons walking among us.

I had no idea how many people do this the wrong way, and feel STRONGLY about it.
OK Dorn, been waiting for you to come back and tell us who's WRONG given how strongly you feel about it.**
Pretty funny how reflective this innocuous "vote" turned out. Pre and Post dead locked with a question to the Others, if they had to "hold their nose" and choose one, which way would they swing.

Just another terrible poll without the correct answer given to choose.

it’s before to clean it and after applying to moisten for use. Any other answer is psychotic. I will accept hot or warm water for personal reasons.

Need a poll for which direction to wipe, up or down… or sideways? Anyone?

Both. When using toothpaste before, when using baking soda I wet brush and dip into the baking soda so it sticks. This is just a personal habit, I’m sure either way is fine
