One of my previous friends lets his cereal soak in milk for about 10 minutes before he eats it.

I love a good pre soak with my cereal. And if I’m eating Frosted Flakes or fruit loops that milk is extra delicious at the end.

it’s before to clean it and after applying to moisten for use. Any other answer is psychotic. I will accept hot or warm water for personal reasons.

I don’t drink the milk much anymore when I have cereal. It makes me sick the milk is so sweet.

Both. When using toothpaste before, when using baking soda I wet brush and dip into the baking soda so it sticks. This is just a personal habit, I’m sure either way is fine
