You can't allow 40+ per half against everyone and not being able to score.

Pope said he would shoot 30+ threes a night. They have shot eight. I've seen more missed layups and tough two point shots.

It's just BAD offense for a team that only had offense going for them.

Maybe their bracket can avoid every top 25 offensive team. That's probably the only shot.

The offensive efficiency has slipped big time the last month. They are playing slower and playing worse. The three point shot can make up for a lot of this, but they aren't shooting enough of them.

We became very one dimensional with the injuries , obviously Butler isn’t Butler .. no JR — Brea is EASY to guard .. who does it leave to carry us ?

Missed a lot of point blank shots but we need to take a lot more 3s. When you have 4 shooters but you run q bunch of stuff to the rim its stupid.

I guess we will see what the NCAA Tournament results are.

But Pope is shaping up to have 13 losses.

It's tough to say that's not the same as the last 3 teams with Calipari.

I’m tired of blaming the injuries. Our defense is awful, the “30 threes a game” thing has been ******** the whole year. Very rarely have we actually done it. I really wish a reporter would ask Pope about it considering it’s all he talked about in his first 10 or so press conferences, but nobody has the balls to evidently. We got a bunch of players scared to take shots. Carr is basically a 40 year old man, physically. Garrison is careless AF with the ball, so is Oweh at times. Guys don’t try to finish through contact. I could go on. The effort to start the game today was pathetic. So was the last 2 minutes of the half.

I loved the potential this team had in December and early January, but they aren’t going anywhere.

Calm down dude. Auburn banked in 3 threes in a row, Mazara hit at least 2 step back threes with a hand in his face, they were on the winning side of some of the most bs whistles I’ve ever seen in my life and before that point, we were only down 7. Of course you’re going to score almost 50 with all that going on. The chances of us winning are slim, but those bs shots aren’t going in in the second half. The bank isn’t open all day. We still have a chance.

Ummm what? Your argument ends at “they have better wins”. Cal would have lost just about every big game this season, just like he did the last 3.

As brutal as this schedule is, we’d be a sub .500 team with Cal here.

Arkansas is 17-11 (pending today)
Same league

Is it that much of a difference?

Butler is struggling with that shoulder and brace. In the same game, Otega is playing like he's shaving points. Chandler has no business in this game and Noah can't guard their athletes.

We were never likely to win this game then add in corrupt officials and you have our 1st half.

The last 3 seasons didn't have this caliber of teams in the sec. Comparing that is dumb

I think the game isn’t over, but you were also acting the way Dan and after the Oklahoma game today this is just a carryover man with everything. This team is going against it help some fans have a little faith, but you be and as always, I appreciate your service.
