(1) Since Byrne changed the event provider, things are much better. Most of the people are competent (some exceptions), they are mostly friendly and tell you to enjoy the game. They are helpful (most of the time) when you need help. With a few exceptions, somebody does a good job in hiring them.
(2) Can't speak to the restrooms elsewhere, but the ones under the west side are being kept cleaner, towls in the dispensers, and the shelfs above the pissers give you a place to set your cocktail.
(3) Traffice is horrible, but having 54k on game days will cause that. Stadium expansion will make that worse as will parking. Simply not enough space near the stadium nor 4 lane streets. May just be the price to pay for increased attendance.
(4) Concession stands are somewhat better but the additional booths to buy drinks help. What doesn't help are the same folks in front of you that have 10 minutes to decide what they want and still get to the counter and wait another 5 minutes to make up their mind. They simply migrate from fast food counters to the game. Genetic selection during the breeding process may improve this situation over the next 50 years.
(5) The Junction is a great area but even with bags available, a number of dickheads left the Junction looking like an abandoned landfill. Most other areas, folks pickup their trash (even students). The area near the street looked like a Somali sports bar.
Except for traffic, Byrne started treating fans like customers and Stricklin seems to be carrying on what Byrne started. Makes it nice to have a much classier event, especially for visiting fans.
