In only four short days, America's Team will roll into the SuperDome and end the Saints undefeated season. There are a lot of people who have written off the Cowboys, which is RIGHT WHERE WE WANT THEM. America's team plays best when they fly in under the radar, with nobody expecting anything out of them. however, this is the time where the Cowboys will RUN THE TABLE and bring the Landry Trophy (what it SHOULD be called) back to its rightful place in Dallas.

Now, I know all of you are torn- America's most beloved franchise is coming into town, but you are excited about the Saints having their best season in history. Let me remind you that when Saints fans were cheering a one-armed fat guy kicking a field goal to beat the Lions in a midseason game, America's team was competing in Super Bowls. Whether it was Roger "Captain Comeback" Staubach winning yet another game in the last seconds, Bob Lilly chasing down Bob Griese in Super bowl VI, or the Triplets making America's Team the Team of the Decade in the '90's, Dallas has always been in contention and when the Cowboys are good, the NFL is good. Why, even Mr. Bear Mike Ditka scored a TD pass for the Cowboys.

I think I know the reason there are many fans here who show hatred for America's team. I don't think they're REAL "Saints fans", but are actually Washington Foreskin and Filthydelphia Fagle fans in disguise, like the Secret Rebels who always infiltrate MSU boards (most Cowboy-haters and Secret Rebels especially love the Foreskins).

Wise men still follow the star, and real men don't wear flowers in their hair.

I don't think you are going to get much back and fourth here plus we are talking about the Saints.

I really think it would be better for the team in the long run if they were to lose a game before heading into the playoffs. These are uncharted waters for the Who Dats and it would, without a doubt, alleviate some of the collective pressure that would be placed on the franchise by going undefeated in the regular season.

Saints fans want a Super Bowl win much, much more than a perfect season.

I'd be pulling hard for the Saints. Dallas' scheduled implosion and the Giants' fall from grace would allow us to sneak in.

The Saints Defense has looked pretty flat the past two weeks. They looked really pumped up for New England and I think their defense will get pumped for Dallas and the offense will produce but they go to Carolina and the Saints defense better show up in that game.

and could have fired them back up. Also a good place in the schedule to drop one, not to mention the Vikes lost that weekend too.

But just think, if the Saints had not won, we would have never gotten to lay witness to one of the greatest celebrations in sports history:

"Might as well crown them, right?" Williams said with more than a hint of saracasm. "They're undefeated. It's December. We don't have a chance."

Dallas is like Ole Miss in super regionals. You don't know how they're going to screw up, but time and time again they sure figure out a way.

I personally think this weekend could be an acceptable loss. Of course, it will take the rest of the season playing out for the final judgement on how acceptable. I personally like the idea of winning every single game this year, but I think the guys are getting a little fatigued. A loss against the Cowboys gives them time to deal with the loss and get right against the Bucs. It would likely also mean a win against Carolina is a must to secure home field.

You know things can change.... You can't be America's team forever. Besides, nobody asked me what team I thought is America's team! Saints will win in good fashion and the cowboys can continue their well deserved decline in prestige.
