Three things I took away from the game:

1. LSU is really good.
2. Stars do matter.

LSU is good. They are bigger, stronger, and faster than we are. Our coaches game planned well. Our players did all they could. It was 9-6 headed into the fourth quarter. I agree that stars do matter, especially with the depth. I also agree that the fans did their part. We played well, much better than last week. The Auburn loss hurts way more than this one. LSU is a very good to great team. They will be considered great if they keep getting the same production out of the QB position. We will win some games this year.

LSU is bigger, stronger, and faster than probably any other team in the country. They could very well be the SEC's 6th straight national championship team. Right now, Oklahoma is ranked#1. I'd give Oklahoma about a 20% chance of beating LSU.

As good as LSU is on defense (scary good), OU can be that good on offense. I think they will beat FSU by double digits. Landry Jones is better than any QB in the SEC by a good margin. A little bit of a gunslinger which could get him in trouble against that secondary... and Broyles is probably underrated (as crazy as that is to people who watch him play). A lot of NFL players on the field if that game happens.
