I know the narrative here is the man can’t coach, but hell…you don’t just luck into the success he’s had. He knows how to win games.

When leading by 6+ at half
During the tournament Theyre playing great defense at the rim. Good defense on the perimeter.
Teams had plenty of good looks. They just got three teams that can't shoot. Its literally three perfect matchups for them.
Another way to think about this:
Higgins didn't do us any favors, but in order to lose that 2015 Final Four Cal had to take that undefeated Kentucky team and fail to lead lowly Wisconsin by as much as even 6 points at any point all game.
Rooferee may well have had an agenda. But even if so it took Cal sucking for 40 minutes to bring it to fruition.

Yeah........we had a great team that season but it wasn't as if we lost to some scrub team lol.
did you watch the game? Kansas was down 9, KJ Adams scored on 3 straight possessions and they had no one to stop him, he goes down and Kansas doesn't score again lol. Arkansas is not better.
