Tiger just hit two of the worst golf shots I've ever seen.

On 15 he's hitting his third with a pretty routine flop shot over the bunker to get it on the green for a birdie putt. It's about a 30 yard shot to the flag. He leaves it way right and way short, and it lands straight in the bunker. It almost looked like he was aiming for the bunker. Then, on the short par 3 16th that's playing about 145 today, he leaves his tee shot about 45 yards right of the flag and buries it in the sand. It was never even close. He threw his club down and kicked it. He looks completely lost right now. Two of the worst shots I've ever seen from a professional.

Hard to root for somebody that acts like an 8 year old after a shot though... what a *****.

Needs what, you ask? He needs a motorcycle ride with a hot blonde.

But I love watching that arragant bastard fall apart. I guess he's always got the Perkin's waitresses to work out his frustration on.

has become the opposite of what made him so great. He changed overnight after Elin smashed his SUV up. He used to be able to completely focus on golf when he played and he thrived when playing in front of millions of people in person and on tv. Now his mind has become his toughest competitor. What you see as temper tantrums on the outside can't even compare to what he tells himself on the inside. I think he is a completely embarrassed and self-loathing man now. He has zero confidence in himself because he despises what he did to his family, his legacy and to himself that much. It's impossible to be the Tiger we all expect when he has no confidence. It's a shame because Tiger before the breakup was the greatest golfer I've ever seen. He is not the same man anymore. I hope he gets it back.

You learned all that from looking at him on tv? Wow, you must be a genius doctor, or just a weirdo on a message board trying to string gibberish together. One of the two.

3 points: 1. Everyone has watched Tiger since he was a kid. 2. You don't know me personally and I don't know you and I don't care to know you. You have no idea of my golf habits. 3. While you were studying tigers mental game, he won bay hill by 5 freaking shots. Idiot.

I tend to agree with you on this one and I am loving every minute of his destruction. I'd give anything to see Freddy win it all. I laugh now when I pull out my Boom Boom driver and put it up against my R7. It looks ridiculous. But I loved that driver more than any I have ever had, except for maybe my original Big Bertha which I snapped off at the faux hosel on the old 7th hole at the MSU course (16 I guess now) and sent it into the pond.

3 points: 1. very few on here have watched even half as much golf as I have. 2. I don't need to know your golfing habits. I know mine. 3. Bay Hill is hardly the same tournament as The Masters. It's quite a bit more comfortable atmosphere for Tiger. Idiot.

as the putt sank... the most disgusting act from a professional golfer I've ever seen.. all those angry fist pumps and what have you... I grew up watching Ernie, the Shark , Cup Cakes and the others win with smiles on their faces with the cap tipping.... respecting the game and their opponents... I remember how turned off I was in Memphis wathcing those angry fist pumps from Dickie Pride and then that other guy with the quirky swing (Furik sp?) doing similar things long before Tiger came on the scene.. never liked it then, don't like it now...

I enjoy watching Tiger....getting his *** whipped that is....

I am confused about your argument. Are you saying he is more comfortable at the Masters than Bay Hill? He has won Bay Hill 7 times. That is 3 more times than he has won the Masters. In fact, he has won 5 tournaments more times than he has won the Masters.<div>
</div><div>I am sure he is more comfortable at Bay Hill than Augusta National. There is not a pro in the world who would say otherwise from a pure mental standpoint. Some may think Augusta fits their game better, but its an utter mind-17.</div>

my original Big Bertha this year. I am getting it reshafted with new grips. I love that club. I still use my Ping Anser putter from pre-MSU days.

Golf needed Tiger Woods's dominance. It needed his confidence. It elevated the game of golfto places it has never been before. I remember getting chill bumps when he walked that putt down pointing at it in the 2000 PGA Championship. Even as a kid you just knew you were watching something special. Those upper cut fist pumps to me were just bad ***. He did amazing things in the most crucial moments of some of the biggest sporting events in the world. I wish he would get that confidence back because at his peak he was the most exciting athlete to watch in the world.

golf owes a lot to Tiger and to be honest, it was boring to me without him when he did his layoff..

but he has no class or respect for the game or his opponents and that is what has always seperated golf from the other games.... it has always been played a different way than other sports...

it's called winning with class...something that Tiger never did and that is why I enjoy seeing him curse, kick clubs and get his *** whipped...

I'm saying Bay Hill is nothing compared to The Masters. Bay Hill is like a preseason practice game. The Masters is like the National Championship game.

That would be Annandale. Bay Hill had 1 or 2 top 50 players in it.

my dad still uses his Ping 1A Scotsdale putter he has had for 44 years. The head to my original Big Bertha is in the lake off 16 tee. Anyone who finds it can keep it. Same for the balata 100 ball thats in the woods to the left after that duck hook, snapped shaft shot.

my bad...got you two mixed up. <div>
</div><div>and Tiger should have been shown the door after such an offensive display on 16 tee. What a little *****, tarnishing the most gentlemanly golf tournament in the world. I have been to the US Open and the Masters. The Masters has the most respectful golf fans in the world (except on 16 on practice round days). To act like that tarnishes the tournament. I feel it won't be long before the Rules Committee imposes rules of decorum on the players. What he did today was disrespectful to the course and the game of golf.</div>

But your information is just wrong:

"The PGA Tour continues the Florida swing with a trip to Bay Hill Club and Lodge in Orlando for the Arnold Palmer Invitational. This is a big event with a lot of big names and this will be the final stocked field until the Masters in two weeks. The headliner is of course Tiger Woods who is making his second straight appearance at Bay Hill. The field will consist of two of the top ten in the Official World Golf Rankings, eight of the top ten on the PGA money list and 15 past Major winners."

If I'm reading your post incorrectly the I apologize in advance. If you look at the field it was quite strong.
