That's where pike should have had a stud backup to come in and replace cliff... No back up at all at the 5 position...patheticCliff was hurt. Favoring one ankle, have been seeing favor one ankle for weeks

except that he would foul out in 15.Wolf can play 30 minutes a game next year
Couldn’t get one. Not the cache it has now. Hopefully it sticks going forward. Took some time. That's where pike should have had a stud backup to come in and replace cliff... No back up at all at the 5 position...pathetic
I do watch the games. I respect your opinion but disagree. I believe Cliff needs to stay. It would be catastrophic if he left. Imo.
This.Agreed . The biggest problem resulting from Mag's injury was lack of an adequate replacement off the bench. We missed Mag's rebounding almost as much as his defense. Hyatt is not the answer--if he isn't hitting from outside he contributes little else. We need another physical rebounder to go along with Cliff.
Ok genius where are you getting this guy?Cliff tall but too skinny and has no hands. Agree with OP he has to be replaced if we are serious about trying to win the Big Ten
This, sadly, is fair. Without Spencer and Simpson and Mag, we would have been abysmal.Cliff went backwards big time this season…as did Caleb, Mulcahy, Hyatt and Reiber.
Great take.He is a great athlete playing basketball, he is an avg basketball player and replaceable.
All Big 10 defensive team was ridiculous. He was schooled by nearly every post player he defended. He wasn't even our best player. He was on the B1G All-Defensive team and was 3rd team all B1G.
Who are we getting better than him for next year?
Who? You can't just stop by the mall and pick one up.He can be replaced with a better player.
He's about two years away from coaching in the Big East. If he had a little more experience he would be a candidate for St. Johns now.claxton is a hell of a coach on the rise.

I think we are seeing the importance of having guys like Geo and Harper who actually had some semblance of an offensive game. Mulcahey, McConnell, and Spencer were never going to be able to fill that hole. Simpson looks like he could be going forward.Cliff went backwards big time this season…as did Caleb, Mulcahy, Hyatt and Reiber.
Plus 4 guys this year that we're 2 or 3 inches shorter.Remember how the big on Notre Dame destroyed Cliff last year even though he was much smaller
way too optimisticWolf can play 30 minutes a game next year
If I have seen my last Paul whine count me in. Loved him for ever but last month or two, even I want to smack him.
Griffths at the 4???? Lol wow!!! What makes this kid a 4??Anyone trying to get rid of cliff and paul is just stupid. You can’t replace leadership. Mulcahy is still a valuable piece. Some matchups are just better than others for him.
Cliff may go for some pro money or g league coaching if there is a chance he can get signed. I think he comes back. For one last ride.
The Hofstra kid was unconscious. That’s a damn good team they lost too and claxton is a hell of a coach on the rise.
Next years lineup should* look like this
2023-4 Scarlet Knights
Simpson
Spencer
Griffiths
Transfer 4 (can’t count on Mag being back til January at best)
Cliff
Mulcahy
Wolf
Chol
Baye Ndongo
JaMichael Davis
Mag
Transfer guard/Delquan Warren reclassifies
Transfer/Late Recruit/Palmquist
Hyatt, Miller, Rieber, Palmquist transfer
*Hope we get a transfer 4 and don’t play Mulcahy at the 3 and Griffiths at the 4.
He’s a 3Griffths at the 4???? Lol wow!!! What makes this kid a 4??![]()
