1) a secret visit last weekend after Chris telling our media folks that he was not going anywhere.
2) National media tweeting that Chris has made late night trips to Oxford the past two nights.
3) a dad that showed up and "for some reason" was adamant that Chris go to Ole Miss when he had no previous connection to Ole Miss
4) Pictures of Chris at the Sigma Nu house last night (not sure it was the sigma nu house, but it was definitely Chris) saw it on 247.

What we have:

2) Chris telling our media folks (who he has previously misled) that he is not visiting Ole Miss
3) 1000 message board heroes who have "sources" saying "trust me"

This is either the largest/most well orchestrated plot to get a rival fan base worked up, or we are about to get punked.

I don't have any real info, but I want someone to try to explain something to me:

What would be Chris Jones's motivation in playing with the MSU coaches and media? Is it just to put off until after signing day any negative reaction to his flipping?

He didn't really strike me as the kind of recruit who was after a ton of attention, so it would seem kind of odd if it was about that.
