I order 6 bags of salt from Home Depot for a $2.99 delivery fee. I usually tip the driver $5 because that's super cheap and convenient and those bags aren't light. Tip the clerk at the do-it-yourself yogurt shop? Heck no. Tip the guy putting a TV on your wall? Sure.

Well I have a good sized mantle and that helped a lot. Just had to get it up there then lift each corner a couple inches to set it. The best part was taking it down and putting it back in the box after the wife said it was too big (probably hasnt said that since college).
